We see individuals and couples.

 

 

Is therapy confidential?

The confidentiality of all communications between a client and a therapist is protected by law. Aside from certain specific situations, a psychotherapist cannot tell anyone what you have discussed in therapy or even that you are in therapy without permission. How long will I be in therapy?

There is no specific time frame for therapy. Our goal is to give you effective tools to use in your daily life to get you feeling better as soon as possible. Some people can resolve their issues in a few months while others require longer term treatment.

 
 

 

What is your cancellation or no show policy?

Clients are charged the full session fee for any session missed or not cancelled at least 48 hours in advance.

 

 

What session formats do you offer?

We offer:

  • 45 minute individual sessions

  • 60 minute individual sessions

  • 60-90 minute individual EMDR sessions

  • 60 minute couples sessions

  • 60-90 minutes group therapy

 

 

What kind of payment do you accept? Do you accept my insurance? How much does this cost? What are my OON benefits?

We accept FSA, HSA, cash, credit, and debit.

We do not currently work with insurance. We are currently not in-network with any insurance plans. However, we can offer superbills that can be submitted for out-of network benefits.

Many insurance plans have out-of-network benefits that typically reimburse between 50% and 80% of costs after your deductible is met. While we ask for session payments upfront, insurance reimbursement for covered sessions will be sent directly to you by your insurance company.
