Radiant Self Therapy provides an individualized experience

At Radiant Self Therapy we utilize evidence-based and holistic methods to achieve deep healing work on people as their whole selves.

Our services include:

  • Individual Therapy: In individual therapy, you will work with a therapist one- on- one. When you meet with your therapist, you will work collaboratively to identify and reach your personal goals. Sessions are typically 45 minutes and occur on a weekly basis.

  • Couples Therapy: Couples therapy creates a safe, confidential, and supportive environment for each partner. Sessions are typically 50 minutes and occur on a weekly basis.

  • EMDR: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based therapeutic approach that has been proven to help people process trauma, emotionally-charged events, and other distressing experiences including anxiety, depression, PTSD, phobias, self-esteem issues, and emotional and creative blocks.

  • Therapy for relationship anxiety: Relationship anxiety is a common condition that affects many people. It is characterized by feelings of worry, nervousness, and fear about one's relationship. These feelings can be overwhelming and can negatively impact the relationship.

  • Therapy for the Highly Sensitive Person: Working with a therapists who understand the needs of highly sensitive people is an important way to support the sensitive, become aware of the strengths, and identify how to strengthen relationships with friends and family members to help support lifestyle changes. Sessions are typically 45 minutes, and occur on a weekly basis.
